Refund Policy

At DGT Vision AI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via download or email, we generally do not offer refunds.

1. No Refunds

Once a digital product has been requested or sent, the sale is considered final. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions

We may grant a refund if: (a) The digital file is corrupted or defective; (b) The product significantly differs from the description provided on the store.

3. How to Request Help

If you experience issues with your download, please contact us at daoudhilal@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the technical issue or provide a replacement.
